Course Description

MUMS & BABIES GROUP For expectant mothers and mothers of babies up to one year old. A welcoming and informal space to get together to share and support each other through your journey of parenthood, alongside one on one health and wellbeing support for you and your baby in this fourth trimester. - weight checks available for pepi (baby) - getting to know your little one – support with sleep and settling/ crying/ baby cues/feeding - MMH and wellbeing support for mum - Further connection to additional supports/ well child services available No bookings necessary, just come along for the morning, drop in any time. Morning tea provided.
