Course Description
For beginners to those who can complete a project of their own choice. Learn to sew a simple project such as a bag or cushion cover then move on to a more challenging project of your own choice. This could include learning how to make alterations, repairing clothing or starting a project from start to finish. Learners will be taught a variety of sewing techniques including zip insertion, elastic waistbands and attaching pockets. Sewing machines provided, or bring your own along. Bring scissors, pins etc if you have them, otherwise they can be provided. Tuesdays: 29 April, 6, 13, 20, 27 May & 3, 10, 17 June 6pm - 8pm at Te Atamira - 12 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton $85 per person for the 8 week course. Click the blue 'Book Now' button below to sign up.
